Hi. I remember a while back I was having a lot of trouble with getting WE to work on a machine. Actually, Aaron asked a very good question which had to do with PC Anywhere or any other kind of remote programs. In fact, the machine did have PC Anywhere on it and when we removed it WE went in just fine. So, it's not just adaptive software that can trip things up. Check in add/remove programs for the list of what's there and you might find something there that may cause problems.

That's not the latest driver then if you have that dated one. Also, what other access technology besides Jaws do you have installed?

The driver was released on April 9, 2008. The driver filename is 175.19_geforce_winxp_32bit_english_whql.exe. JAWS was installed on the system and worked fine. I uninstalled JAWS, Window-eyes, the video driver, reinstalled the video driver, reinstalled Window-eyes and it's doing the same thing.

What are the driver dates of the Nvidia card?

Hey all, I have a system with an NVIDIAGeforce 8800 GT video card. I am using the latest video drivers. I installed Window-eyes 7.0 and get the message "video support is installed but not running." I tried everything I could, even monkeying with the video intercept manager. One thing I noticed however is that when Window-eyes is installed, it sets my color depth to four bit and I can't change it. When installing the drivers, it defaults to 32 bit but Window-eyes messes things up. I am running Wiindows XP SP3. Has anyone seen that or has any ideas?
