are you behind a firewall? If so are you blocking Window-Eyes?
If you are blocking Window-Eyes, the report will never make it to GW micro, and you will see the resulting error. Disable your firewall and attempt to send the error report again. If the reports is sent successfully configure your firewall to allow Window-Eyes. Consult your firewall documentation for directions on how to do this. if It is not sent successfully let us know and we will attempt to come up with something else. Hello Everyone, I am encountering a problem with Window-Eyes (not script) error reporting as follows: 1. Window-Eyes encounters an error and pops up error report dialogue. 2. Fill out an error report including comments. 3. Send the error. 4. After 30 seconds or so, Window-Eyes says an "error has occurred" and advises contacting support. 5. This happens to me every time I attempt to submit an error report. Alas, I'm not sure exactly when this started, but it has definitely persisted across a completely wiped and re-installed Window-Eyes 7.0 implementation.
