Hello. If I understand your question right, I believe the format alert hot key will tell you this. The default hot key for this in the Word sets is control-shift-alt-f

Many thanks.

Hi all

I'm editing an article in which I have copied text from several sources. When I switch on many of the Verbosity settings in Word 2003, I can detect changes in the font style and size as well as the formatting, which indicate if paragraphs are indented etc.

I want to know if there is a way in which WE can tell me when the line spacing changes. I do know I can use Insert-E to get the details, but I'd love to hear that when I'm reading through the thing.

If not, any clever person who might write something so this is possible?

BTW: I have WE on 3 computers so far with very few problems. I see that my Toshiba laptop with 512 Mb. RAM is struggling a bit sometimes - guess I'll have to investigate the possibility of more RAM. Otherwise I really don't get all the speech interruptions people are complaining about. I can just emphasise that it is very important to check that all your sets are updated and that you keep scripts updated. Let's hope it stays like that!

Thanks
Rethat
