And just so everyone has the answer in case they need it.
1. While inside Browse mode press insert-v for the verbosity dialog. It
will automatically place you in the Browse mode group.
2. Press l until Window-Eyes reads languages.
3. Press tab 3 times until you get to the check box Switch synthesizer
language automatically.
4. Uncheck that sucker and press enter.
5. Save the set file to make the change stick for the next time that WE
is started.
