Hello. When you are in this state, open the Window-Eyes control panel and see what the active set file is. If it shows Thunderbird.000 then you should be good and you can go to step 2 below.

1. It's possible that the active set is wineyes.000 or Thunderbird_compose.000 and the set file association is wrong which will cause this error. From the file menu, choose open, then choose set file. Type wineyes.000 and press enter. The problem should be fixed.

2. if you have the script loaded and you have thunderbird.000 as the set file, then you need to open tools and account settings from Thunderbird. Arrow to composition and tab to the compose messages in html. Uncheck this and press enter.

Now your problems should be fixed.
