Right. It's like the edit box is disabled. usually if I check positive
or whatever, then turn Browse mode off and back on, the edit box is
there and it works.

most of the time the edit box where you leave your comment is invisible
to w e until you check the box for positive, nutral or negitive then
you have to turn browse mode off and tab around to find the edit box.
