Hi Paul,
Is this Windows Vista? If so it is a known issue. All the best Steve _____ From: Paul Henrichsen [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday 3 October 2008 22:16 To: GW-Micro, Inc. Subject: An interesting finding concerning Itunes on my system I wanted to put this out there just in case it might help someone at gw micro. If I press alt or alt f and try to down arrow, nothing happens. I can occasionally get these menus to pop up if I play a bit with my mouse pointer near the top of the screen, but it may or may not work. I have found, however, that if I alt tab away from itunes and then back into it, the menus are there and I can see them all. Up and down arrow as well as left or right arrow work and read just as they should. Since this is a box machine from HP, it says my drivers are up to date. I know my sound card is an OEM soundblaster XFI card and my graphics card is an nvidia g-fourse 8500 GT, I think. Don't know if that card is an OEM card or not. But checking for an update in system resources tells me I have the latest driver. Hope that helps. __________ Information from ESET Smart Security, version of virus signature database 3494 (20081003) __________ The message was checked by ESET Smart Security. http://www.eset.com If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
