As I have already said this is not a window-eyes problem.  This is a problem
with how these icons report their status to MSAA. 
Hitting alt r while in the dialog should right click the icon in question.
Hit escape access the system tray feature again.  You should find that the
icon is now named.

The items it misses are for local area network connection and wireless 
network.  I really need the wireless network to read as it gives the 
status and signal strength and connection speed.  The Safely remove 
hardware and my ESET Smart Security seem to always read correctly.
