Hi Michael, Neither number is normal. I use both products here and never see either one using very much of the CPU. Running XP home SP3 on a Intel P4 3.0 Ghz with 2 gig Ram. JFW 9.0 is currently using 0 percent cpu when checked with task manager. Just loaded Window Eyes 7 and it's using 5 percent cpu. I'd say you might have other issues there possibly.
