In task manager go into view and then refresh, choose high, this should sort
out the refresh problem..

With Jaws yes you need to refresh to get a reading.  I assume and could be 
wrong but you should with window eyes as well.  I did here to get my numbers

ok, i refresh my task manager with f5, and my cpu usage seems noraml usually
at 7 percent
i exit task manager, relaunch it, before refreshing, cpu usage is back to
100 percent, as soon as i refresh it, cpu usage is back to 6 or 7 percent
