Excellent point. It really isn't too hard to turn browse mode off and on.
Maybe that's a little script for someone to write. It could set one
keystroke to turn browse mode off and then back on. The thing is, you don't
even have to move your fingers to hit the combination twice. It's one of
those tools we have to use to figure things out.

Subject: Re: WE 7 and IE 7
The editor we use to add and manage our knowledge base articles is like
this. I open the page in IE or Firefox. I add or edit a KB article. If I
want to put text in the article as html code I must toggle the html
source, this is a link which when I press enter on does ... ... ... guess
what? Nothing that I'm aware of. However if I turn Browse mode off and
back on my view is now set. Is this a regression? No, is it annoying? You
bet it is. However I've learned a work-around in the mean time and my
knowledge base articles come out beautifully. Just go read
www.gwmicro.com/kb1092 and see for yourself.
You might be in one of those situations where pressing enter on some links
requires you to toggle Browse mode off and back on to see the new change.

It seems that more and more WE 7 will identify links on web pages that
when you hit enter on them do nothing. Is this related to browse mode or
what?
