Do you have UAC turned off?
For me, with UAC turned off, window-eyes will not start speaking at
startup.
If you turn UAC back on, it will probably speak, but I would rather just
start Window-eyes manually instead of putting up with UAC!
Just my personal opinion.

Subject: WE not speaking at startup

Hi, Even with my settings correctly set to have WE speak at startup, it
doesn't happen. I have it configured to work with Vista and I'm the
only
one using this computer. Using default keyboard layout. What remedies
can
you suggest?
