Hi yes. Unfortunately Microsoft has dropped the ball on this one. Many times you can alt-tab away and back to get focus right. Other times you can use the mouse pointer to click on the inbox or on any folder and give it proper focus.

Note that this also happens with narrator running and without any screen reader running. However visually most people will never know focus is not working right because most sighted people will start clicking right away, giving it proper focus.
