AWhen I perform a WE update the site tells me that I can
download the upgrade.
When I click on it I choose to save the file.
A file called we71-upgrade.exe is downloaded.
It seems awfully small though.
When I run that file I am given an error that says something about
bad header information.
I've tried several times.
Same result.
