Actually, it is obvious if the person (Walt in this case), states it in
the subject as in what you and I are replying to. The subject line is
(Re: problem with Window Eyes 7.01 and Outlook express). Further more,
if you look at the mail headers and look for the mailer or the agent
headers, you will see what program anyone uses. This helps in cases
where the person didn't make it obvious. <grin>.

And why would that be obvious? Would you know I am using outlook 2007 if
I had not told you. For all we new you were using thunderbird.
As for you problem I am on vista and there for cannot test outlook
express so someone else will have to try to reproduce your problem.

I just updated my Window Eyes and now can't read messages with
it. When I press enter on the message it starts reading and speech
quits.
I am using Window Eyes 7.01, Windows XP home service pack 3 and
the window Eyes Eloquence synthesizer.
