This may be more an Outlook than a Window-Eyes question, but I'm not really sure. I'm using Outlook 2003. For the most part, all works reasonably well. I don't even mind the native Outlook calendar. More frequently than I would like, however, Window-Eyes won't read the contents of an email message. This behavior was periodic and infrequent until the last few days. Now, virtually every other message is a non-reader. My secretary says the screen appears as if the pain where the message is supposed to be is minimized. Indeed, if I hit alt plus the spacebar and then follow that with the letter "X," the message reads fine. Having to do that, however, is rather annoying. You should know I'm still using version 6.1 of Window-Eyes (I'll probably have version 7.01 on a test machine for 3 weeks before moving to a live environment. Did I mention we are conservative?). Also, I have Outlook set to convert all messages to plain text and, because I deal with highly security-conscious people frequently, my messages are all composed and sent in plain text. I've been through all the Outlook settings, and nothing looks promising. I'm running Window-Eyes in the system tray. Totally bewildering! Thanks in advance for any help.
