Use Alt-Shift-H to get into the Headers and Totals dialog. This is where
you can setup what you want.

Subject: Headers in excel

Hi

Can anyone refresh my memory about how to set up heading rows in excel. I
have a spreadsheet with a row of headings and it would be useful if the
heading was read as I move into the corresponding cells down the page.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Michael
