Do you have Winamp set to always on top this could be obscuring your Microsoft Word screens. If it is not being displayed on screen, the document object model will not report it to Window-Eyes. From what I understand. >From within the main Win amp window, press control a to turn always on top off. And see if that helps. You could also try setting Win amp to display in the system tray when minimized. This would completely move it out of your way. Hope this helps.

If I have Winamp open and try to work on a document in Microsoft word WE reports blanks when cursoring up and down in the document. As soon as winamp is closed the problem goes away and I can read the document as normal. It doesn't make any difference which document I have open. I'm using Winamp 5.52, Office 2003, I had been using WE 6.1 but have today upgraded to WE 7.01. Does anyone have any ideas what is causing the problem? Its really frustrating as I can't play any music and work at the moment. Yusuf If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
