Actually that command is Shift-control-a. The actual entry for it found in the default.txt file reads as follows. MSAA_Application_Mode_Toggle = Control-Shift-a I hope this information is useful. Also, let me apologize in advance if I sound condescending or patronizing. I do not intend to do either.
