Hi Michelle,

the problem, in my opinion, is related to html messages, which window
eyes seems to have trouble with. You may be, for instance, reading an
html message, followed by a plane text message, and WE still has
buffered the text of the html message, and may still be in browse mode
inappropriately.

One way around this, no matter what the exact sequence, is to force
outlook to display all messages as if they were in plain text.

I doubt you'll notice any inconvenience, but it does mean if you receive
large html messages, you wouldn't be able to navigate them by heading
and such, if you were used to doing that.

To do this, in outlook, choose the tools menu, and the options choice.

In the preferences tab where you end up, find the email options button
and choose it.

In this dialog is a checkbox to read all email in plain text format.
Check it and ok your way back out.

hth,

Chip

Subject: Brows mode issue with Outlook2003

        Hi everyone,

        Michelle Stevens here,

Can anyone tell me how I can resolve problem when reading
messages in Outlook2003. When I read a message, close it and open
another message WE7.01 READS THE PREVOUS MESSAGE I HAVE CLOSED. The
only way I can fix is either turning on and off brows mode shift Control
A, or refreshing WE with insert plus backslash.

        Anyone else seen this problem?

        Regards

        Michelle
