Michelle Stevens here, Thanks Chip turning on reading all messages in rich text format has resolved problems. I am puzzled because I never had this problem with WE6.1. As a matter of interest, I turned off scripts in WE7.01 to see if brows mode resolved the problems in outlook2003, with no luck. Thanks again at least I have resolved problem. Regards Michelle .
