I use Eudora and have noticed it doesn't shut down properly now. The
computer won't shut down untill I use Task Manager to end
Eudora. This started happening about the same time as I installed WE
7.01, but I am more inclined to think it has something to do with a
Microsoft update that also installed about the same time. At any
rate, it's annoying. I'm using a Dell 8300 running XP.

I am using WE 7.01 on two PC's. one is a Dell with 1 GB RAM running
XP Pro, the other with 512 MB RAM running XP Home. Since installing
7.01, both machines hang when given the command to shut down. This
does not occur when WE is shut down first, or if another screen
reader is used. i also notice that WE takes a long time to close.
This only started with the install of 7.01
