It sounds like your system has recovered using a restore point.
If Window-Eyes is telling you that it is version 7.0. Then you are in fact
running 7.0.
Reinstall the upgrade file, and it should correct your problem.

I am running WE 7.01 which I upgraded to
from 7.0.
Today I noticed that during boot up my computer said "Window-eyes 7.0".
I opened the control panel and in the about window-eyes dialog it
confirms that I am running Window-eyes 7.0.
What happened?
Am I really no longer running 7.01?
