What I do to open attachments is just highlite the message meaning if
it's closed, bring up the context menu key and you can then arrow down
and you'll hear open attachment.

Subject: Opening attachments

I'm having trouble opening attachments in outlook 2003 using windoweyes
7.01. I press alt-7 twice and hear the attachments. I then go into the
context menu with shift-F10 and select all. I then go into context menu
again but don't see an "open" option. How do I open attachments when
there is more than one? When I press alt-7, Windoweyes reads the list of
attachments but I can't figure out how to either open all of the
attachments or focus on one to open it.
Thanks for the help.
