This is very strange I am not sure in such case whether one should use 2003 or 2007 set files.

When I installed Window-Eyes on my school laptop, I was able to read emails in Microsoft Outlook 2007. However, recently, they've changed to Office 2003 with the compatibility pack, however now, none of the folder lists in Outlook will read. I can read the emails, however I have to ask someone what emails are unread and then I can read them. I know it's not a problem with the ICT at the school. What is going on?
