If the Flash isn't displaying properly, the problem almost certainly
lies with the Flash programming rather than Window-Eyes or anything you
are doing or not doing.  Unfortunately, as with so many technologies
used on the web, Flash is very often poorly implemented in terms of
accessibility.  This is despite its potential to be highly accessible,
animations aside of course.
