To change the default folder, do the following: 1. Open word 2. Press Alt-F to open the Office button 3. Press Up Arrow twice to get to Word Options 4. Press Enter 5. Down Arrow three times until you get to Save 6. Either Tab until you get to "Default file location" or Alt-I will get you there quicker. 7. Type in the default location you want. 8. Press Enter To change to metric, do the following: 1. Open word 2. Press Alt-F to open the Office button 3. Press Up Arrow twice to get to Word Options 4. Press Enter 5. Down Arrow four times until you get to Advanced 6. Then, either Tab a lot of times until you get to "Show measurements in units of" or press Alt-m twice to get there quickly. 7. Press the Down Arrow until you get to the option you want 8. Press Enter Hope that helps!
