Hello, All of this is in the Home tab. Press Alt to focus the Ribbon. Then, press the Right or Left Arrow key to focus the Home tab. Once on the Home tab, you can press the Tab key to go through all of the items within the Home tab. Press Enter on the one you want.
A good article to look at is www.gwmicro.com/kb1075. This should really help you understand the Ribbon in Office 2007.
