Actually, Amazon is great once you get the hang of it. The trick is to turn off all suspend operations with Window-Eyes before you start the download. That is the only hitch I have found. You'll need the MP3 download program to download an album from Amazon, but this product works well also. To be quite honest, I haven't tried purchasing MP3's from Rhapsody but I suspect it would be relatively painless. HTH
