Go to the Control Panel and choose Accessibility Options, then Tab to
the second Settings button and press it. Uncheck the first checkbox.

Subject: Shift Key Question

Hi,
When in outlook express or Microsoft word 2003, if I hold down the shift
key for longer than 5 seconds, it turns on filter keys.
Is dthere a way to turn off this feature?
Using windows xp pro sp3.
Thanks,
Pastor gil
