and the purpose of reporting problems with the beta is so the programers can 
fix the bugs before it goes to market.
isn't this what gw does with win eyes?
if no one sent them problem reports they would not know there was anything 
wrong and nothing would be fixed.

      Again, my take on running beta is, "at your own risk".  I run version 
  27. and know Eset will do wonders with this new version but, it IS beta and 
  anyone who runs beta must expect problems.  Thats why there is a beta stage 
  in software development.  And because I only have one computer, I am not 
  risking it.
