How are you getting to that specifically? Try using the F2 key.

Subject: Too Much Talking in Winamp Bookmarks

  Hello All,

When I was using Winamp 5.541 and WE 6.1 on this Vista Home Premium system,
arrowing through my Winamp bookmarks, WE would give the title and, if I didn't
move the arrow up or down through the list, also speak the location of the
bookmark just fine. When I hit Enter on it, it would interrupt itself and
Winamp would attempt to play the bookmark. Now, using version 7.01, WE
interrupts itself when I hit Enter on a bookmark, but then it starts talking
again, so I have to hit the Control key to interrupt it. Otherwise, it will
once again give the title and location of the bookmark, which can be a lot of
talking in the case of a long url. I installed the latest version of the Winamp
scripts, which I like very much. I had hoped that they would fix this, but they
don't seem to have made a difference. Is there any way I can get Window Eyes to
stop talking after I hit a Winamp bookmark and not start talking again, as it
used to operate in version 6.1? It is just a bit annoying to have to hit the
control key all the time while I'm tuning around through my bookmarks,
especially since I didn't used to have to do that.

Thanks very much to Jeff for these great scripts. Among other things, I like
finally being able to hear my equalizer settings.

I would be grateful for any advice on eliminating this little annoyance. I
use Winamp a lot, so getting WE to work the way it used to will save me a good
deal of unnecessary keystrokes. <smile>

  Evan
