I can pretty much say, if the net book is less then a 10 inch size, then
it's either going to have no F keys or have some what a odd keyboard layout.
But, that depends on what model you are looking at.

 

Your best bet is to go looking around at stores and feel them, and make sure
you get model number and so forth.  Cause most of the net book I've seen in
stores are over priced compared to online buying.

I've seen several and own the Acer.  The Acer has a fn key on the bottom
most row on the left side of the keyboard, sort of in line and left of the
spacebar.

 

There are F1 through F12 keys at the top.  I have to use the fn key to cause
the page up and page down keys to work as home and end.

 

I hope I explained that right.
