I presume you are talking about edit boxes? There is more to this than
boxes not being seen. I have two computers and only one of them has
this behaviour. I wonder if there is some hardware/software combination
that is causing this. The machine that works correctly has an intel
processor with separate invidia video card and creative sound card.
The problem machine has an amd processor with onboard video and separate
creative sound card.
They are both running xp pro and 2 gig of ram. Both have all updates
and latest version of w.e.
I know these problems can be difficult to pin down and wonder if it
would be worth starting some sort of database of the machines that are
problematic to ascertain whether there is a common factor.
