This error can indicate a problem either with IE 6 or with the
associations that WE makes to allow .wepm files to launch WE and
cause it to run the add remove packages functionality for this
feature. For anyone having problems like this or problems launching
wepms from a web browser or Windows Explorer we need a machine in
house that duplicates the problem and then we would be able to
resolve it. If anyone wants to send us a machine in this state we'd
be glad to look at it. Note that the machine needs to have IE 7 as
IE 6 has bugs that we can't work around relating to this issue.

Larry,
I found your message.
I do not believe this error to be scripting related but GW would be
able to answer this one for certain.

Subject: Error when Installing or updating scripts
Hello. When either installing or updating scripts on one of our
computers, I consistently receive the following error message.
wineyes.exe - application errorThe application failed to initialize
properly (0xc0000005) Click on OK to terminate the application.
My only choice is to press ok.
I've tried the obvious... restarting Window-eyes and when that
failed, restarting the computer. Still, the problem persists. Does
anyone have any idea of what might be going on here?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Larry
