This control doesn't provide information either with standard
treeview Win32 messages or with MSAA so I'm certain it could be
scripted depending on the OSM, but it certainly won't be something
that can be quickly written.

hi all,
As I nextly plan to definittively switch from JAWS to Window-Eyes I
would really like to solve this problem before...
I very often use a monitoring web page software called WebSite Watcher
from Martin Aignesberger Software, the author of the well known
AM-Deadlink (a duplicate deadlink remover).
This program downloadable at
http://www.aignes.com/download/wswsetup.exe, use a custom treeview
control created by Mike Lischke, whose site can be accessed at
http://www.soft-gems.net/
In Jaws I just have to reclassify it as a treeview and I have no problem
accessing both of the program sides whose left part is a folder treeview
and the right part a list of items (bookmarks).
In Window-eyes since the 6.1 version to the 7.01 release I keep on
encountering the same problem, thus, even if the latest release of this
component support msaa, window-eyes is completely unable to read items
focused by the cursor.
Could someone take a look at this program to see what can be done to
make it the most window-eyes friendly as possible ?
I ask this because this virtual treeview component is more and more used
in independant developer programs nowadays (because it seems more
powerful than the classic Microsoft trreeview component) and if we
succeed in solving this problem for the Website Watcher program, we will
be able to use other programs, I think, based on that kind of custom
controls...
Thank you in advance for your help ...
Regards,
