I know that some rare situations, GW might require to see a computer so
they can duplicate the problem.
That aside, let me ask:
Are you using vista?
Does Window-eyes work properly when not installing or updating scripts?
Can you use the scripts that are already installed?
Are your set files and scripts in the
"%appdata%"
Folder?
Maybe some of this would give us an idea to help you.

Subject: Window-Eyes Error Dilemma

Hello. I submitted this question to the group last Wednesday evening,
but
perhaps since it was the beginning of the Thanksgiving weekend in the
States, my timing was off. At any rate, Michael Lawler from the GW Micro

support team has informed me that if I am unable to send my computer to
the
company offices, there is nothing they can do for me, as they cannot
duplicate my error. Since this is, in my judgment, an unacceptable
solution,
i'm reposting here in case someone has a less extreme suggestion to
offer.
Here's the problem.

When either installing or updating scripts on one specific computer,
I consistently receive the following error message. wineyes.exe -
application errorThe application failed to initialize properly
(0xc0000005)

Has anyone else seen this?
