what is your browser try reformating the removable drive that is listed as magicjack. It will be 18 megabytes in size and runing the upgrade.exe file to reinstall magicjack. Make sure you have that upgrade file before you format the magicjack drive. You could also try just clicking on the magicjack files which are in the drive letter above the 18 megabyte drive listed for magicjack. Try killing windoweyes and restarting it using the kill windoweyes script.

Subject: we and magic jack

HI all. Okay, this is very strange. When I first installed this magic jack thing, we worked fine. there must have been an update or something because now, as long as I have the program running minimized or not, browse mode won't work properly at all. Opening an email message, going to a web page etc will get me silence. IF I shut down the magic jack program, all goes back to normal. This didn't happen a while ago. I think I had we 6.1 then but I don't think this is a we issue. anyone had this issue and figured a work around. I wonder if I could kill the banner adds for the program.

thanks.
Brian.
