It's possible the download file is getting blocked by your isp or by
your work firewall. What happens if you try it from a different network?

I've been trying all morning to upgrade my desktop at work to 7.01 and
every time I do I gat a gate way time out error. It does not matter if
I'm using Firefox or IE 7. Is there a problem? The site now thinks
I've accessed it six times even though I really haven't.
Regards,
Don
