If HP hasn't fixed their scanner driver issues reported many times before, then any time some program which uses MSAA runs, it's going to have problems. So far the only solution is to remove the hp scanning software as far as I know.

I recently installed the drivers and associated software for a HP C6380 Photosmart all in one on my Vista machine. Since that time I have had more loss of speech issues with WE 7.01. I am hearing some info that the series 6000 series HP products have some issues with MSAA.
