Hello all, I use Miranda since years and it's doing its job excellent. Just get the newest version from: http://www.miranda-im.org And get from the plugin section a blind user friendly contact list. I would recommend clist_blind.dll. With this contact list the status of your buddies will be spoken. To get a text to speech output from incoming chat messages you can find some free text to speech plugins for Miranda in their plugins section. I personally use Smart-Butler to get speech in a Chat window. You can find it under http://www.smart-butler.com and it can handle different SAPI voices which is important for me, coz I have buddies in US, Germany and France.
