Hello David. We already spoke over the phone, however I wanted to give the steps which helped in case others are taking notes. It seems that the index file which contains the list of your messages was corrupted and it must be deleted so the email program can create it over again.

1. Press the reset button for 1 second and then release it.

2. Press ENTER on the File manager.

3. Press ENTER on the flashdisk.

4. Arrow down to the Email folder and press ENTER.

5. Press the letter M until the file mailinfo.txt is displayed.

6. Delete the mailinfo.txt file by pressing SPACE-D followed by ENTER.

7. Close the file manager with SPACE-Z then open the email program by pressing F1-E.

Tonight I was reading my third of sixty downloaded e-mails on my VoiceSense. The message started to open and then everything went blank. Now whenever I go to open the e-mail program nothing happens. All the other programs seem to be working fine, but I am not able to get to e-mail even after doing resets. There is important work there, and I can’t access any of it. Any suggestions will be much appreciated. Trouble is though…with work, and late meetings this week it will be difficult to communicate. Thanks, David
