I am starting to see loss of speech in word on occasion of late. The only thing that one can do is to reboot. It isn't really a loss of speech, but when reading a line, speech cuts off using the we version of dec access. Luckily, a reboot fixes things, but pretty inconvenient when you are in the middle of something.
