Hello Sandra. I am sorry you feel that GW needs to do something about
what an individual does off list. Please understand that we have no
control over what a user does. As long as the spamming was not done via
our mail servers which in this case, it was not, you will need to take
it up with the individual user themselves. if that does not resolve it,
you will have to take it up with the user's isp. the thing to remember
is that every time you write an e-mail message, your e-mail address is
out there for anyone to write to.
