I recommend Acoustica-MP3-CD-Burner-Installer
which will do all the things you desired including blending tracks,
make mp3 cds into audio ones, etc. It doesn't do data cds except mp3
ones, which, are, data so I guess it does data ones also. It will
download track labels and make labels though I've not been successful
at using that aspect of it with speech.
