I use it al the time. Sound Taxi itself opense up a section window when it begins its conversion that needs to be closed then you are in the main app window. Use can see the status by using mouse keys. There are key strokes i.e. to open up the dialog box to choose a file to convert press the numpad-insert key. Etc.
