I think we would need this hardware to figure out why this is happening. You'll probably want to go to the WE file menu, manage sets and scripts, set file manager, and reinstall the sets for the version of office you are using. Also you don't have to save sets or close associations for testing what loading a new set does.

Well, I opened an outlook email message and did control-backslash. I heard that Outlook.000 was both the active and associated set file. I pressed the alt key
and down-arrowed to the open pulldown, and hit Enter. I down-arrowed to set
file and hit Enter again. Next I tabbed over to the listbox which announces
Uninstall unselected, 1 of 150. I selected the Ieframe.000 set file from this
list by tapping an I, then down-arrowing to Ieframe.000, then tabbed to the
"open" button, and hit Enter. Now I heard, "Active Ieframe.000, associated
Outlook.000. [Oh, this is so tedious, and long!] Next, I again opened the file
menu, downarrowed to Close, hit enter, heard Association, and hit Enter again.
Then I heard Active file Ieframe.000, associated none. At this point I assumed
that I'd need to save this, so I again opened the file menu, down arrowed to
Save, pressed Enter, and hit Enter again on Setfile, and was presented with the
suggested filename of Outlook.000. I really didn't think I wanted to do that,
so I hit Escape. But Ieframe.000 is still loaded, though not associated, so I
took it for a spin anyway. But unfortunately, if I open a message, put it in
Read-to-end, and touch the volume button, it stops dead. So now what? I sure
hope I don't need to write as detailed a reply next time. Much easier over the
phone!
