i don't know if this would make any difference. but maybe the icons are not 
showing completely and w e can not read any text or tool tips they may have.
have someone take a look at the size of the sys tray area to make sure all of 
the icon is showing.
if not you have to use the mouse to drag the tray up a little to make the tray 
area bigger.
