Hi. to resize a window, you can do it with the keyboard by choosing the
system pull down menu, then choosing size or move. then you can use the
arrow keys to shape your window. You get no speech indication as to
what's actually happening though.
Drag and Drop is supported with Window-Eyes, you can check section 11.5
of the manual.
