Tuan, As Jim says, I believe window eyes not starting is related to disabling of user account control; did you turn that off on your copy of vista?
As for your laptop-keyboard right-hand keys, I think your laptop has been placed into numbpad mode. I think you might get it out of this with either shift of the numblock key, or holding down the fn key and the numblock key. You may have to use the keyboard explorer feature of window eyes (insert plus the one key) to find the numblock key. Finally, for your wireless numb pad, I think it will function normally if you find out how to take your laptop keyboard out of numblock mode. You may have to call the store who sold it to you and ask them if the keys I suggested above don't do the trick. hth, Chip ------------------------------ Chip Orange Database Administrator Florida Public Service Commission [email protected] (850) 413-6314 (Any opinions expressed are solely those of the author and do not necessarily reflect those of the Florida Public Service Commission.) > -----Original Message----- > From: tuan nguyen [mailto:[email protected]] > Sent: Wednesday, December 24, 2008 3:04 PM > To: [email protected] > Subject: Some Problems with Laptop with Window-Eyes > > Hi everyone, > I'm using a Vista-Home-Premium Sony Vaio laptop with > Window-eyes 7.0.
